Wash & fold questions
How much does wash and fold cost?
Wash-and-fold service starts at $1.50 per pound. A 10 lb minimum applies to drop-off and pickup & delivery orders ($15 at the standard $1.50/lb rate). For pickup & delivery, recurring orders save 10%. Large items such as comforters cost extra. Ask our team about specialty-item pricing and optional products. Pickup and delivery options and charges are shown when you book online.
When will my laundry be ready?

Do I bring detergent?
No. Detergent and dryer sheets are included. Ask about alternatives and add-ons.
Can you help with stains?
Stain pretreatment is available for an additional charge. Point out stains and tell us what caused them, if known. Some stains may not come out completely.
Can I send dry-clean-only items?
Please leave them out. Our service is for items suitable for machine washing and drying. Ask our team if you are unsure.
