Experience the convenience and control of our self-serve laundry area. We provide you with state-of-the-art, efficient machines that ensure your clothes are treated with care. Take your time, and enjoy a comfortable and clean space to get your laundry done.

With nearly 100 top and front load machines available for customer use you never need to wait! We have standard double washers (20 pound), along with triple load (30 pound), giant load (40 pound), and monster load (80 pound) machines!   

FUN FACT: Our monster load machines are the biggest machines in the area.  These machines can wash up to 8 weeks of laundry!

Did you forget something? Don't worry, we sell single use laundry items out of a vending machine, and offer larger containers for sale at the front desk.

We are open from 7AM to 10PM Daily; washing must begin prior to 9:00pm. Doors close and lock at 9:00pm. Customers already in process need to finish washing and drying by 10:00pm.  

For those days when you're short on time or just want to free up your schedule, our wash and fold service is here to the rescue. Simply drop off your dirty laundry, and our experienced team will handle the rest. Your clothes will be returned to you freshly washed, neatly folded, and ready to wear. It's the ultimate time-saver!

We only use premium detergents, include dryer sheets, and offer free stain pretreatments - simply show us where the stains are.  Your order can be customized by providing add-on options such as:  allergy free detergent and dryer sheets, fabric softener, bleach, scent boosters, oxi clean, color catchers, laundry sanitizers, and more for a nominal surcharge..

Sorry, we are not able to clean “dry clean” items. It is the customer’s responsibility to not include dry clean items with our drop-off order. Golf Road Laundromat will not be responsible for damage to dry clean Items.

We understand the importance of quality and reliability, and we are dedicated to meeting your specific commercial laundry requirements.  No order is too large or too small for us to handle.

SUITABILITY FOR WASH, DRY AND FOLD SERVICE

• By using our wash, dry, fold service, you agree that your laundry is suitable to be laundered. We assume that laundry items placed in our care for the wash, dry and fold services can be washed in water on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

ALLERGIES

• Clothes are washed in shared washing machines where other detergents may have been used, and it is possible that small amounts of other detergents, which may not be hypoallergenic, may not be completely rinsed out of these washing machines.

STAIN REMOVAL

• We do offer stain removal services. Many common stains do come out during our normal washing however we make no claims or guarantees that we will be able to remove any of them.

LOST LAUNDRY

• Golf Road Laundromat accepts all laundry based on weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.  

• Golf Road Laundromat exercises great care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, try as we may, there could come a day when items are misplaced or even lost.   If you believe we have not returned an item, do the following:

  • Call us immediately (within 24 hours) to report that you do not see the item.

  • Double check your home because it is possible that you thought you sent it but did not.

• If you still believe it was sent out and not returned, Golf Road Laundromat liability, with respect to any lost item/s, shall not exceed $10 per garment regardless of brand or condition. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed $30.

DAMAGED LAUNDRY

• Golf Road Laundromat is not responsible for any damage to clothing that stems from items being left in laundry items (Such as markers, pencils, pens, makeup etc…).

• Golf Road Laundromat is not responsible for clothes that shrink, bleed or change shape during normal washing and drying. Again, please check your labels prior to sending clothes to Golf Road Laundromat.

• Golf Road Laundromat does not guarantee against color loss, clothes with poorly set dyes, normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, severe soiling, lost socks, or mismatches.

• We are not responsible for any damage that is done to your laundry during normal washing and drying including but not limited to: buttons falling off, beads coming loose, hems or seams coming undone, etc.

• Golf Road Laundromat is not responsible for any detergent left in a machine after the wash cycle.

• Golf Road Laundromat makes every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee that all stains can be or will be removed.  

UNCLAIMED LAUNDRY

• Garments not picked up due to no fault of Golf Road Laundromat for 30 days, may be donated to charity.

LOSS AND THEFT

• Golf Road Laundromat is not responsible for items that have been lost, stolen, or damaged within the laundromat or its immediate surroundings.

• Golf Road Laundromat is not obligated to provide or review security camera footage for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

REFUNDS

• All sales are final.  We are unable to provide refunds on LaundryCards. 

• Refunds and credits cannot be given for remaining LaundryCard balance, customer misuse of equipment, overloaded machinery etc.

• Please make sure you are adding the correct value to your card. Laundry cards must be used at least once every two years. LaundryCards that are inactive for two years will be deactivated. 

• Refunds will be given only in cases of mechanical machine malfunction and will be at the discretion of the attendant and/or laundromat owners.

SECURITY CAMERAS

• High definition security cameras are in use and record video and audio 24/7.

• Security footage is the property of Golf Road Laundromat.

LOITERING

• Golf Road Laundromat provides services for patrons only.  No loitering is allowed.

DAMAGE AND MISUSE

• We will hold the responsible party accountable for any damage caused by misuse of equipment, folding tables, carts, chairs, etc. 

• Always check the inside of washers and dryers before using them to be sure they are clean and empty.

• Children should not be left unattended by their parent(s) or guardians. 

• Running around, playing, and riding in the laundry carts is prohibited.

As our business changes, we may want to modify some of the terms in this agreement. Therefore, we encourage you to check our website frequently for the most up to date terms and familiarize yourself with any changes, or speak to an employee.
